Shipping Methods

Orders are normally dispatched promptly, but delays of up to two weeks may occur between late August and late September due to the very high volume of orders received, or during holiday periods. Domestic orders are sent by first class post, overseas orders by airmail. International orders are sent out every Tuesday, and international customers are asked to please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, though average delivery time is expected to be around 2 weeks. Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to offer a tracked shipping service to certain countries. Owl's Acre Seeds is not able to take responsibility for undelivered orders once a shipping confirmation has been sent. 

Customers from outside the UK:

International customers are responsible for understanding any import laws in their country and must ensure that their order complies with any restrictions on importing seed. Orders to the USA can only be sent at the customer’s risk.
